Vision
Your idea/product/service/consultancy – when it first came to light – how did it make you feel?
Excited?
Let those feelings enhance your vision once again. Make them the catalyst to get you to your end or towards your ongoing mission.
Goals
A target and some changes to your current lifestyle. Your creative wisdom will ensure that no matter what, you will have the energy to diversify away from the problems faced. Re-visit your goals and if necessary, break it down into bitesize pieces.
Time out
Don’t overstretch yourself. You might be dealing with an issue or a problem that you have no control over. Make sure you get plenty of rest and take a break from your business.
Sometimes it pays to chill out.
Celebrate
Most of us just carry on, without celebrating the milestones of our journey. It doesn’t matter how big or small they are, each and every step, every win, deserves a pat on the back.
Reward yourself (you decide how) when you have reached a goal (little or large) within your business.
Re-group
Touch base with your network, they are there to support you. By catching up with those you trust and taking time to develop yourself it’s another way of regaining your own values for a better future.
Re-start that brain for a better focus to get to your end goal.
Engrossed
Become engrossed in some inspirational books to help your mind re-engage with your core vision and values.
Or, perhaps, listen to some calming music to help get you onto the next stage of your business vision.
